Explore your creativity and learn the techniques of random weave to create a unique sculptural form using natural fibres. It's all about exploration, play and connecting with nature, and why not bring a friend!
Your host Lee Cavender, is a practising artist with a strong affinity to the natural world. Lee has been running weaving workshops on the Central Coast and teaching floristry in Sydney for the past 12 years. Lee handmade the two spectacular lampshades featured in our restaurant, The Wild Flower Bar & Dining.
All craft materials and delicious snacks will be supplied, and please feel free to bring along any treasured pieces you may wish to incorporate into your design. This is a wonderful way to personalise your creation.
No previous experience is necessary, workshops are suitable for beginners to more experienced weavers.
$150 per person, including all craft materials, coffee, and morning tea.
