A restorative 3-night Mysan Yoga Yin Retreat designed to help you pause, reconnect, and immerse yourself in deep self-nurturing and heart connection.
We are delighted to partner with the incredible Mysan Sidbo, a highly respected yoga professional specialising in functional movement and anatomy. With a genuine passion for education and a deep understanding of the human body, Mysan offers a thoughtful and deeply enriching approach to every session & class she hosts.
Set amongst peaceful natural surrounds of Bells at Killcare, this retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, relaxation, and meaningful moments of connection. We are truly excited to share this very special experience with our guests.
Immerse yourself in the profound practice of Yin Yoga during this intimate retreat. Yin Yoga is a deeply transformative discipline that invites you to surrender into stillness, gently releasing tension held within the joints, bones, deeper fascial layers, and even the cellular level of your being. As the body is met with this compassionate, attentive care, the mind and heart naturally follow—opening to quiet wisdom and restoration.
In these held postures, you will discover the art of true relaxation, the nourishing rhythm of the breath, and the graceful ability to calm the mind while remaining fully present. Your heart will awaken with renewed joy and lightness as you dedicate this time to the holistic care of your entire being. Yin yoga nurtures on every level—physical, emotional, and energetic—and I invite you to explore its quiet power with openness and curiosity.
Guided by Mysan Sidbo, an expert in Yin yoga, functional movement, joint and deep tissue rehabilitation, mindfulness, and breathwork, you will receive personalised attention within the supportive container of the group. Mysan has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for more than 15 years. She specializes in Hatha, Yin and Yang yoga, as well as Meditation. She is also a functional and variable anatomist and Oxygen Advantage coach.
This retreat is an invitation to return home to yourself, supported by Mysan’s skilled guidance, the healing depths of Yin yoga, and other complementary yoga practices.
