This Retreat will be hosted by IKOU wellness practitioner Lonni Breeuwer, and, Bells at Killcare own yoga/pilates teacher Leesa Thornthwaite. Together, they will guide you through each day as you put yourself first.

Our wellness retreats are for those seeking to immerse themselves in nature, indulge in a little luxury, and maybe even step outside their comfort zone. Group sizes are kept small (up to 10 guests) to make sure plenty of time is dedicated to each guest.
Come and join us in the beautiful surroundings of Bouddi National Park, to gain new insights on how you can make healthy and positive choices in your life. Learn meditation skills, breathing techniques, practice yin yoga, take some time out in the day spa, and enjoy some gentle guided hiking on this wonderful retreat designed to slow you down and offer a little reset to your life.
