Creative Journey: The Lakes

Things to do
Makers and Creators
2 Day - weekend

Intertwined by a network of waterways, life in these northern suburbs ticks at a more laid-back pace, with chilled-out towns to stay and lakes and beaches to play, step inside the art studios and creative spaces in Long Jetty, Summerland Point and Toukley.

Continue on yourself guided trail and refer back to Creative Journey to see more studios and spaces.

The Itinerary

Take a moment to explore these quaint artist spaces full of vibrancy and afterwards grab a coffee and bite to eat in the chic lakeside cafes.

Nicole de Mestre

Nicole's works reflect a curious attachment to times past and things lost, an increasing frustration with the waste of modern society and a healthy obsession with liquid nails. Art inspired by environmental concerns and linked through the use of locally-sourced recycled materials and found objects.
