Creative Journey open studio trail

Step inside the studios of the Central Coast's makers and creators

Creative Journey returns from Saturday 6 to Monday 8 June 2026, following a brilliant inaugural year that welcomed more than forty local artists, makers and community groups who opened their doors to the public. This annual open studio art trail celebrates the vibrant creativity of our neighbourhoods and invites you to experience the Central Coast through the eyes, stories and spaces of the people who make it special.

Across the June long weekend, wander between home studios, galleries and creative spaces to see works in progress, ask questions and hear directly from the artists behind the craft. Book a hands-on workshop, pick up a one-of-a-kind piece straight from the maker and build your own trail through coastal villages and hinterland towns.

Whether you're an art lover, a curious explorer or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend the long weekend, Creative Journey offers a unique opportunity to slow down, connect with local talent and uncover the creative pulse of our region. With each art space offering something different, gather friends and plan your route and enjoy discovering the unexpected.
