On entry is the large lounge room complete with flat screen television and DVD. Down a few steps to the kitchen and dining area, opening onto back deck. Dishwasher, microwave and everything else needed is in the kitchen. There is also a sunny deck at the front of the apartment.

Upstairs to the third bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds and the main bathroom. Up another level to the main bedroom which has queen size bed, television, an ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom is on this level, too and has two single beds. Linen not provided.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
