It’s a virtual reality right now. Many of our Central Coast businesses are quickly pivoting, to offer online workshops and e-classes, keeping our collective minds inspired and motivated while staying at home.

Sheramics is a handmade ceramics studio specialising in the wabi-Sabi aesthetic based in Terrigal. They have developed a range of ClayPlay Packages so you can create some pottery masterpieces at home, all equipment is delivered to you and you get a 30 minute online tutorial to get you started. @sheramics

Flow Pilates has set up an online studio, offering free e-Pilates lessons. Based out of Long Jetty and run by Kristy Moore who has 14 years teaching experience, join their Online Tribe for new videos monthly delivered to your inbox, and access their library of over 100 Pilates videos online. Jake Cassar Bushcraft is taking his fascinating nature tours online, running a ‘plant-based survival’ course over Zoom each Friday during April at 5pm. These one-hour workshops are for anyone who wants to learn more about how to find water in the wild or in an urban environment, common edible and medicinal wild plants. @jakecassarbushcraft

Modern Organic in Long Jetty is offering a variety of yoga classes, virtually. There will be three online classes per day, offering participants a time to breathe, move and improve their yoga. @modern_organic

Exhale Art Studio is an art and wellness space run by Dani, a local designer, illustrator and Transpersonal Art Therapist, with a studio based in Long Jetty. Stay tuned for their online creative hub launching soon, including art therapy courses for self-care during these times. @exhale.art.studio

Mysan Yoga Sanctuary is offering live streaming yoga with a variety of classes each week. Book in via the MindBody app and a Zoom link will be emailed before each class start time. @mysanyogasanctuary

Pinot & Picasso Terrigal is running regular weekly virtual art workshops, for Facebook Live streaming over a glass of wine at home. Friendly and relaxed, a great social activity to schedule into your socially distanced diary. They have their Art Box Kits for sale for all your supplies, delivered to your door. Online sessions held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at @pinotandpicassoterrigal.

Rollerfit is a fun new fitness movement. Dust off the skates (or you can go skate-free!) for their 10am live recreational rollerskating classes on Instagram each Friday. @rollerfit

The Groove Spot is a Central Coast collective for fun fitness incorporating dance and yoga. Each week they will be providing some virtual sanity, hosting live classes on Instagram including a mix of yoga, disco, ballet and contemporary. @the.groove.spot

The Marquise Movement is an all-female strength and training facility in Long Jetty. They are hosting the ‘Marquise 500 Club’ for online coaching and a virtual fitness community during this time. @themarquisemovement
