Stop 1

Sydney Oyster Farm Tours

Drive to Brooklyn, on arrival head straight to Sydney Oyster Farm Tours where you can take a boat tour of an operating oyster farm to learn about oyster leases and taste freshly harvested Sydney Rock oysters on the boat.

Stop 2

Broken Bay Pearl Farm

Next visit Broken Bay Pearl Farm to immerse yourself in the story of the Australian Pearl and discover the hidden gem of New South Wales – the Australian Akoya pearl. Then finish your tour at the Shellar Door in style with a gourmet grazing lunch from Salt Pig Deli and freshly shucked local oysters, all while enjoying the stunning views of Spectacle Island and the Hawkesbury River.

The Wild Flower Bar & Dining

Depart Mooney Mooney for Killcare and head to Bells at Killcare for a dinner at The Wild Flower Bar & Dining where the menus are grounded in their core values of authenticity, simplicity and freshness, featuring seasonal dishes inspired by the produce grown and harvested in their famous kitchen gardens or sourced from local producers.

After dinner stay at Bells at Killcare for a luxury accommodation experience or head to Ettalong Beach and check into Mantra Ettalong Beach and relax in a waterfront accommodation with spectacular ocean views.

Stop 1

Australian Reptile Park

Begin the day with a short drive to Somersby to visit the world-renowned hands-on zoo the Australian Reptile Park that boasts loads of animal interaction and exciting wildlife shows. Cuddle up to koalas, kangaroos and wombats or hold a massive python. You can also learn about the lifesaving work the Park does through its antivenom program and important conservation work.

Stop 2

Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park

In the afternoon head to Calga to see native bush and animals roaming free, learn about bush tucker and bush medicine, and enjoy a bush walk, at Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park all on heritage-listed bushland.

Stop 3

Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park

The evening stay in one of Australian Walkabout Wildlife Park eco-cabins in the Australian bush equipped with the comforts of home. Wake with the kookaburras laughing, maybe a kangaroo on your veranda or an emu at the window.

Terrigal

Depart Calga and take a short drive to spend a day at one of the Central Coasts popular towns, Terrigal. Framed by a lagoon, a calm cove called the Haven, a steep headland known as the Skillion, and glamorous hillside residential properties, Terrigal is a treat for those who love an outdoor coastal lifestyle.

Terrigal Ocean Tours

Meet your guide from Terrigal Ocean Tours and enjoy a Marine Eco tour with a qualified Marine Biologist on board to help identify the species and provide expert commentary. 

After your tour spend the rest of the day at the beach or explore the thriving social scene of Terrigal with a host of dining options for lunch and dinner, and several exciting rooftop venues and outdoor terraces to enjoy drinks with friends.

Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific

Spend the night at Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific where you can soak up captivating views and sea breezes with their ocean-facing deluxe accommodation.  Sit back and relax with your own private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks while soaking up the captivating views and sea breezes.

Gosford Chocolate Factory

Begin your day in Terrigal at one of the many cafes enjoying breakfast and the ocean views.

From there travel to Gosford, home to many dining options for lunch, and for a sweet treat head to Gosford Chocolate Factory for an engaging confectionery production tour or an immersive chocolate workshop. Afterward, enjoy a delicious cup of signature hot chocolate or a delightful cake made by our master patissiers.

Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures

Head to the hinterland for an unforgettable adventure with Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures. Take in the valley's truly spectacular scenery on a guided horse ride along the private trails, zip around the purpose-built circuit on a quad bike, feel the rush of adrenalin as you descend a cliff face on an exciting abseiling adventure, and take to the water on a guided kayak tour.

Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures

Then relax and unwind with your option of camping, glamping, or staying in one of Glenworth Valley Wilderness Adventures eco-villas.

Stop 1

Firescreek Botanical Winery

Depart the hinterland and head back towards the ocean, stopping at Holgate to visit Firescreek Botanical Winery where you can explore a unique heritage, culture and wine tasting experience. This unique and rewarding hands-on experience allows you to learn about the region and its stories from an Aboriginal Elder, who will tour you through a range of their culture and traditions.

Stop 2

Kims Beachside Retreat

Continue your journey towards the ocean and check in at Kims Beachside Retreat a luxury escape nestled within a bamboo rainforest on the beachfront.

Stop 3

Toowoon Bay

Spend the rest of the day enjoying the seaside paradise of Toowoon Bay and Blue Bay.

Dine at Kims Beachside Restaurant for delicious meals and a cocktail bar to enjoy a drink by the sea.

Stop 1

Pullman Magenta Shores

Start the morning heading 10 minutes north to Magenta for a day of golf along the ocean or pampering yourself in the spa or do both at Pullman Magenta Shores. An exceptional golf, spa and corporate retreat resort offering apartment style accommodation and a beachfront setting.

Stop 2

Pelican Time

Then take a short 5-minute drive to The Entrance for an eco-friendly Pelican educational experience Pelican Time is a FREE education talk that covers interesting facts on pelicans, including care and rescue of pelicans in the wild, plus ways that we can all help protect pelicans and their environment by being waste wise when fishing and visiting this area of the Central Coast.

Iris Lodge Alpacas

Depart The Entrance and head to the northern part of the hinterland to Jilliby where you can find a unique experience, eating breakfast with alpacas at Iris Lodge Alpacas one of our ECO Certified experiences. Spend 2.5 hours immersing yourself in nature and make lasting memories with their charming alpacas, llamas, sheep, and cows.

Stop 2

Treetops Adventure

Then visit the Ourimbah State Forest where you can spend a few hours or up to a whole day hanging around with Treetops Adventure, a tree rope and ziplining experience. Another of the Central Coast’s ECO Certified experiences.

Stop 3

Mercure Kooindah Waters

On this last night relax and unwind and Mercure Kooindah Waters in Wyong, one of those resorts where the pulse slows the moment you arrive. This venue is close to the freeway to help you head back to Sydney or Newcastle.
