Join us for a deeply immersive sound healing experience in celebration of International Women's Day 2026.
On this very special night, you will experience sound as medicine where the body softens, the mind slows and the nervous system restores itself from the inside out.
During this nurturing sound spa experience, you'll listen to the healing sounds of cello, ancient Egyptian flutes, and many other healing instruments played by two world-class musicians in a candlelit room. This magical experience includes ceremonial cacao at a candlelight concert, followed by an immersive sound bath of guided meditation, intention-setting and breathwork, as you are bathed in soothing sound vibrations.
7pm - 9pm The Conservatory - Mats, blankets, cushions and cacao provided.
