Major Tourism Campaign 2026

Discover short breaks. BE. RIGHT. THERE.

BE. RIGHT. THERE. is our Major 2026 Destination Marketing Campaign, designed to drive visitation and support local tourism businesses by positioning the region as one of NSW’s leading short‑break destinations. Responding to changing travel behaviours, the campaign taps into growing demand for easy, meaningful escapes close to home, leveraging the Central Coast’s greatest advantage: accessibility just 45 minutes from Sydney by car or train.

Through experience‑led, emotive storytelling and striking destination imagery, BE. RIGHT. THERE. showcases the breadth of what the Coast offers, from nature and wellness experiences to sophisticated dining, boutique stays and family and pet‑friendly itineraries. The campaign is delivered through a high‑impact, multi‑channel media strategy with activity across out‑of‑home, broadcast video‑on‑demand, digital display, audio streaming and social media. This activity is complemented by a 12‑month tactical co-operative marketing program, ensuring an always‑on presence in market while supporting local tourism operators to convert awareness into bookings and build long‑term resilience for the visitor economy.

Visiting Friends and Relatives campaign

Connecting the people and places you love.

Our 2025–26 VFR campaign encouraged locals and visitors to reconnect on the NSW Central Coast through nostalgic, family‑focused creative . The Campaign celebrated shared moments, gentle adventures, memorable dining experiences and authentic coastal escapes, spanning headland to hinterland. Anchored by Polaroid‑style visuals and our Postcards from the Coast content series, the campaign showcased regionally dispersed itineraries designed to extend length of stay and spread visitation across the Coast. Activity targeted Sydney and Newcastle audiences with warm, aspirational storytelling and personalised travel inspiration, driving strong visibility and conversion for tourism operators.

Sustainability messaging was embedded throughout, reinforcing the Central Coast’s ECO Destination credentials and year‑round appeal. To maximise reach, the campaign rolled out across a strategic multi‑channel mix, including cinema pre‑rolls across Sydney Metro and screen advertising on the Manly Fast Ferry digital network.

Summer campaign 2025-26

Summer, your way.

Over the Summer season 2025–26, we leaned into bright, aspirational storytelling to capture the unmistakable feeling of a Central Coast summer - sun‑drenched days, warm nights and effortless moments shared with the people you love.

The campaign combined summer‑ and school‑holiday‑focused digital activity across Meta and the Google Display Network with dynamic, animated HTML5 creative running across search and native placements. User‑generated and creator‑led video content played a key role, helping audiences experience the rhythm of summer on the Coast in an authentic, relatable way.

This was supported by high‑impact out‑of‑home placement at Sydney Airport Terminal 1 across the Christmas and New Year period, inspiring both locals and visitors to reconnect with the Central Coast through joyful, nostalgic storytelling spanning beach to hinterland.
