This beautifully presented split-level house includes modern decor and spacious interiors. Wai Vale is a short stroll to North Avoca beach or two minute drive to Terrigal beach. Multiple living spaces and entertaining deck overlooking the fenced backyard offers plenty of space for the whole family to take it easy. Master bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in robe, balcony, ocean views, and en suite with double vanity and shower. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 contains a double bed, while bedroom 4 contains two single beds. Each bedroom has built-ins. *STRICTLY NO PARTIES / FUNCTIONS.
