Upstairs has decks, front and rear. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher and new appliances. The lounge and dining room open onto the front deck. Lounge room has large flat screen TV/DVD player. Downstairs TV room contains king single bed. Bathroom downstairs incorporated with laundry. Great yard for children.
