Whale Watching Tours with Sail Central Coast

Experience the great Humpback whale migration aboard Tabasco.

Even though our vessel can take 30 persons, we have capped our tours to 10 persons to ensure an intimate and spacious viewing of these magnificent creatures.

With indoor and outdoor lounges, we will venture out Box Head toward the colloquially named “Humpback Highway” where, every year, these magnificent creatures embark on a long journey from the frigid waters of Antarctica to the warm breeding grounds off the Queensland coast.

On their way north, they choose to swim close to the Central Coast to avoid the great East Australian Current. This eases their efforts and allows us the perfect opportunity to witness their playful nature off the Bouddi National Park Peninsula.

Tabasco offers:

  • A large premium viewing platform.
  • A fully functioning galley.
  • 2 bathrooms.
  • A spacious saloon.
  • 2 expert crew members to ensure safe navigation and superb service.
  • Indoor and outdoor lounges.

With the season starting in early June, now is the best time to inquire.

Our whale watching tours are conducted with the utmost respect for the whales and their habitat. We adhere to strict guidelines to ensure that our presence does not disturb the whales or disrupt their natural behaviors.

We believe that by sharing the beauty and wonder of the humpback whale migration with our guests, we can inspire a greater appreciation for the natural world and a commitment to its preservation.
