Founded by Zoe Brummell, sessions are guided by Emotional & Metaphysical Kinesiology — a gentle, body-led approach that works with the subconscious to uncover and clear stored emotional stress, limiting patterns, and energetic imbalances.
Rather than just managing symptoms, this work focuses on the root cause — supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and alignment.
Each session is personalised, allowing your body to guide what needs to be addressed, using a combination of muscle testing, energy balancing techniques, and natural remedies.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, Evolve offers a supportive space to reset, rebalance, and move forward.
