Avoca Beach Theatre is a quirky, local family owned and run Multi Award Winning Theatre that provides a curated offering of bespoke movies, live music concerts and specialty events in a relaxed, seaside setting.

With its unique collection of the best in entertainment, the Theatre is an iconic part of the Central Coast - for generations past and generations to come.

Having began in the 1940’s, it gives a nod to the past with its old-world flavour, while presenting the latest movies with freshly installed Sound, Laser Projector and new Screen, in comfortable seats, giving a fabulous experience every time!

The Theatre is well-known for creating specialty Foreign Film events – perhaps French, Italian, Spanish, Scandinavian or further afield, sometimes with cultural accents with food, wine and live music. Film Festivals are also the purview of the Theatre!

For Live Music Concerts, the Theatre focuses on sensational original music from incredible International and National stars, as well as local stars! Ranging from Classical to Jazz to Rock to Country to Blue Grass to Original Music to the best in tribute bands – this is a high energy experience in an intimate setting where you can sit back in your comfy seat and sip a cool cocktail.

Avoca Beach Theatre support local producers with locally roasted coffee beans, milk, local craft beers, Australian wines and distilleries for fun cocktails – all of which you can take into the Theatre to enjoy, or  relax with in the seaside garden.
