Those looking for an idyllic Central Coast escape need search no longer.  The Cottage is close to beautiful Shelly Beach and a short drive to The Entrance and Bateau Bay. Cycle around the lake, fish off the beach and discover the neighbourhood’s trendy cafes and boutiques.
 
The Space
When you enter The Cottage you will be captivated by its charm. It offers light and bright interiors with an open plan living and dining area flowing to an alfresco deck for balmy evenings at home. Cook up a feast on the BBQ or make use of the fully equipped kitchen with a servery to the patio. There is a dining table indoors and out giving guests plenty of choice to come together for a shared meal. Kick back on the sofas after a busy day exploring the region.
 
The property has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a comfortable queen-sized bed, another with a King bed, while the third bedroom features a single king bed and a trundle. All come topped with fresh linens and towels. The neat bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and vanity and guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities including a washing machine, toilet and dryer.
 
Parking for one car is available on the driveway as well as free street parking.

There is air conditioning in the main area only.

There are two queen beds and one single with a single pull out trundle.

The Neighbourhood
Long Jetty is a quiet coastal suburb in the Central Coast with a big heart. It is positioned perfectly central to all the best spots on the Central Coast with Terrigal and Avoca approx 30 min drive and Bateau Bay, Shelly Beach, Magenta Shores close by.

The Bateau Bay Beach picnic area is the perfect place to enjoy a family picnic, especially since it's sheltered from the elements and nicely shaded. Make sure to pack your towel, because once you’ve finished your lunch, Bateau Bay is an excellent spot for fishing, snorkelling and exploring the rock pools. Afterwards, take a short scenic walk to Crackneck lookout, which offers sweeping views over the entrance and Shelly Bay. If you’re lucky, you might see a whale or two!

Aquafun Avoca Lake is home to some of the best fun and adventure you can find in the Central Coast. This must-do experience is home to Australia’s largest selection of human-powered pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. Jump aboard your watercraft of choosing and explore the tranquil waterway and extensive wetlands of Avoca Lake.
