The simple design of the property has you relaxing from the moment you enter the gate. Wander down the passage to enter the house into a communal dining area that leads straight out to the lake and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.
The modest kitchen has everything you would require including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. The lounge area with the gas fireplace is perfect year round for relaxed conversations or curling up to a movie classic on the TV with built in DVD.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in this single level cottage. 1 queen bedroom with built in robe, 1 double room and 1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 singles). All bed and bath linen is supplied as well as tea and coffee and bathroom essentials.
The property is pet friendly and your four legged friend will really feel spoiled. The garden is fully enclosed as well as the courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. The beach just 100m away is also off leash dog friendly heading south towards MacMasters Beach.
