Aloha House in Bateau Bay is a great destination for people who love the beach, lake, nature, cafe culture or just relaxing at home.
Walking distance to the beach and only a short drive or stroll to shops, cafes, walking trails and Tuggerah Lake.
The house has recently been renovated and has a true Australian beach house vibe with a tropical touch.
Centrally located, you can easily explore all the Central Coast has to offer or just spend your time enjoying the house.
The space
The house has three bedrooms and a rumpus room/ fourth bedroom with a comfortable fold out sofa. There are four beds accommodating 8 guests. The lounge area has a window bar to the kitchen. A separate dining area seats 8 people.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and has extra deep bath, rain shower and toilet. A second bathroom features a washing machine, toilet and shower.
The house has a sizeable back yard with a large deck.
The driveway fits two cars and ample street parking is available for any additional cars that visit the house.
The location
Aloha House is centrally located in Bateau Bay and the Central Coast. Bateau Bay Beach is a 10 minute mostly flat stroll.
The coastline around Bateau Bay Beach is protected by a National Park that boasts plenty of walking and cycling trails to explore. Amazing Crackneck Lookout is a half hour walk or 5 minute drive away. In winter this is great place for whale-watching.
The Central Coast's has many beaches that are easily explored by car or bicycle. For example, Toowoon Bay is an excellent snorkeling beach and suitable for children.
Tuggerah Lake is only a 3 minute drive and is great for water sports. It also has a walking path with plenty of picnic areas.
The bohemian vibe of the Long Jetty fashion boutiques and cafes can be reached by car within 5 minutes.
The holiday town of The Entrance is a 7 minute drive and is a great place to see pelicans all year round, with pelican feeding shows every Saturday.
For daily groceries Bateau Bay Square Shopping Village is ideal and is only a 2 minute drive. For more serious 'retail therapy' head to Westfield Tuggerah in 15 minutes.
