Somersby Falls *CURRENTLY CLOSED*

Brisbane Water National Park

A great place to picnic on the Central Coast, Somersby Falls** offers barbecues and picnic tables with lush rainforest surroundings, complete with waterfalls and a short, scenic walking track. This is a popular spot for swimming in the shallow pools in summer, or catching the cascades in full flow following a few days of rain.

Try the Somersby Falls walking track - a 500m return walk through rainforest that takes in views of the top and bottom waterfalls. The walk is steep and slippery in places, so keep an eye on the kids as they walk along the track.
