Recently renovated throughout, this house is the perfect getaway for families seeking a great beach escape. The ultimate beach house, Breathe has everything you will need. Enjoy a 10 minute walk along the sand to Avoca Beach where you can enjoy a coffee or meal and take the kids paddle boarding in the lagoon. Breathe is only 5 minutes drive to Terrigal beach and eateries, and 15 minutes drive to Erina Fair. Master bedroom contains a king bed, TV, built in robe and en suite. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built in robes. Bedroom 3 contains two single beds and built in robes, while bedroom 4 has a queen bed with built in robes. *Please Note: pool is solar heated from September to March. *STRICTLY NO PARTIES / FUNCTIONS.
