Grief is a universal and deeply personal human experience. It profoundly shapes us and our lives. This workshop offers participants ways to understand loss and grief; what it takes from us and what it may give us in return.
This gentle, informed, and engaging workshop is open to all lesbian, gay, bi+, trans, and queer (LGBTQ+) people 18 years or over and people living with HIV (PLHIV).
Free; registration required.
We experience grief and loss in different ways, informed by our generational and cultural understandings and practices. This workshop offers an opportunity to share our knowledges of living with loss, and to develop skills and practices to better understand our grief and support ourselves and our communities.
Personal losses will not be explored in depth in this workshop.
