The boutique shopping scene on the Central Coast has really lifted its game over the past few years and is gaining a reputation as being up there with the quality of northern beaches boutiques. From clothing and homewares to locally made furniture, shop like a local at some of the Coast’s popular shopping hot spots.

Bohemian-luxe fashion and homewares

Frustrated with a lack of bohemian clothing options, style connoisseur Renee, who has been a Central Coast resident her whole life, identified a gap in the market for a new fashion hub. “There was definitely a need for a store like La Boheme,” said Renee.

The stunningly stylish Terrigal boutique features curated pieces from all over the world, including rugs, pottery and art pieces from Morocco and Turkey, but also supports Australian and Central Coast businesses and fashion designers.

The store itself is just as stylish as the products available for purchase. You’re momentarily transported to a bohemian paradise with whitewashed walls, a beautiful terracotta tiled counter, copper detailing, and a stunning hand-painted mural on the wall. “We wanted to bring a level of luxe to the Central Coast, full of one-of-a-kind finds and unique pieces,” said Renee.
