Aboriginal for 'elder tree' the name Marlee reflects the property's leafy green surrounds. Hear the sea from this light-filled house and watch the ocean from its large entertaining deck. Master bedroom contains a king bed, built-ins, bathroom access and ocean views. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built-ins, while bedrooms 3 contains a single bunk bed. Bedroom 4 contains a single bunk bed. WiFi not included, *STRICTLY NO PARTIES / FUNCTIONS.
