Split level design, where three of the four bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features contains queen size bed with ensuite, ceiling fan and a small private balcony to enjoy a good book. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third a tri-bunk (double bed on bottom and single on top). There is also another tri-bunk in the fourth bedroom located on the lower level. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Undercover rear deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard. Extra wc in the laundry which contains both washing machine and dryer.
