Morning 9:00 am to 12:15 pm
Lunch 12:15-12:45pm
Afternoon 12:45 pm to 4:00 pm

Aerial - e.g Trapeze & Silks & Juggling skills e.g flowersticks & hula hoops
12.15pm Lunch
Session 3 12.45 pm - 2.50 pm
Games, Aerial - e.g. silks & Lyra; circus skills eg. unicycle, Stilts, diabolo
2.50pm - Afternoon Tea
Session 4 ~ 3:00 pm - 3.30 pm
Skill focus & revision, routine prep, group skills

To limit discomfort during aerial circus activities we recommend:
- Leggings or pants that cover knees tshirt that can be tucked in and covers lower back and armpits- or Leotard under shirt
- Hair must be tied back
- All jewellery should be removed
