Terrigal Ocean Swim has established itself for over 20 years as an Easter Saturday swim which takes place at the beautiful Terrigal Beach on the NSW Central Coast. It is an ideal event for open water swimmers of all abilities and ages from 10 years and over. The swims include a 2km and 1km and a more leisurely 'charity' swim for family and friends.

After the success of 2023, we are again proud to be hosting The Daffodil Dip in 2024. This is a fun 400m 'dip' in the ocean for all ages and will take place AFTER the 1km and 2km swims have concluded. We hope to get as many people involved to fill the water with yellow daffodil caps. You can swim, paddle or just dip into the water! Entry is separate to the Ocean Swim and proceeds go directly to Cancer Council NSW – Central Coast.
