Spend a sun-soaked day by the lake with family and friends, taste your way through fresh local seafood and international flavours, while browsing a vibrant selection of sea inspired market stalls. Take to the water with a guided stand-up paddleboard tour along Tuggerah Lake and discover the unique marine life that calls the Central Coast home.
Throughout the day, enjoy live cooking demonstrations from an expert chef and learn how to master your favourite seafood dishes like a pro, take part in the hands-on activities and bring your floatie or kayak to join in the colourful parade on the lake! It's an event unlike anything Canton Beach has seen before with fun for the entire family.
The Lakes Festival is back for its tenth year! This popular annual event will be making a splash across the entire Central Coast between 7-16 November 2025.
This huge 10-day celebration of our waterways brings locals and visitors together to enjoy exciting family-friendly activities, cultural and educational programs hosted by local organisations and businesses.
