Let’s MOVE & Let GO Lights OUT is a weekly Thursday night dance session made for grown-ups who miss dancing, and want to feel good again. There’s zero pressure, no routines to master, and absolutely no need to be “a dancer.”
This session is set to dance and house music from the 90's to now, with the first 45 minutes being easy-to-follow moves in club style with no pressure or expectation, and then in the second 45 minutes we further dim the lights, crank the music and you can dance in the dark with freedom and and wildness, however your body wants to move.
✨ Come for one, stay for both... whatever your body (and schedule) needs. ✨ This is joyful, community-based movement, not a class about perfection. ✨ You’ll leave smiling, sweaty, and feeling more you than you have all week.
Bring water, wear comfy clothes, and come as you are. This is your space. Start your Thursdays with something for your soul.
