Gosford’s waterfront is set to come alive as Infamous Cabaret and Ashton’s Super Circus return to the Central Coast for the first time since 2018, with a spectacular season kicking off April 10 and running through to the end of May.
This exciting double offering features world-class talent with strong local roots, shining a spotlight on Central Coast performers who have taken their skills to the global stage.
Coasties Take Centre Stage
Cody Harrington, a true hometown hero, was born into the circus and grew up on the Central Coast, attending local schools and spending school holidays travelling with family circuses. Perfecting his juggling skills in local basketball gyms, Cody has risen to become one of Australia’s premier juggling sensations, representing the country on international stages including Las Vegas and China.
Another familiar face is Tim Matousek, a former Gorokan High School student who discovered circus as a pathway to build strength and confidence. Now known for his incredible physicality and infectious smile, Tim delivers a high-energy performance, literally with an act that’s on fire. During the Gosford season Tim will host his own production “unzipped” male review lady's night!!
Also featured is Allanah Van Der Straaten, originally from Mudgee but proudly calling the Central Coast home for over eight years. After studying full-time dance at Lee Academy, Allanah followed her partner Beau Miller (also Lee Academy-trained) into the circus world. Starting in a small dance role, she has risen to become a lead dancer and choreographer of many new routines. In 2026, she takes things to new heights as part of the Flying Ashton’s trapeze troupe.

For families, Ashton’s Super Circus offers a Sunday 2pm show featuring all the best elements of Infamous without the cheeky bits making it perfect for audiences of all ages.
