Set within the atmospheric manor and gardens, you’ll enjoy a four-course degustation menu showcasing seasonal produce from Alan Foods and Grace Springs Farm, with each course expertly paired to World award winning whiskies from Amber Lane.
Across the night, Amber Lane’s team will guide tastings and share the stories behind each pour, while live acoustic music and harvest-inspired décor create a true “Taste of the Hinterland” experience – warm, refined, and memorable.
