Yum Cha at Ming Dragon

Yum Cha is available as a lunch service from 11am daily.

“Yum Cha” refers to a tradition that has lasted for many generations in Cantonese culture, where people gather to drink tea and eat Dim Sum dishes.

Traditionally, friends and family would gather at a tea house around a table full of bamboo baskets holding a variety of Dim Sum i.e., bite-sized goodies such as Prawn Dumplings– YUM! Groups of friends and families would talk for hours, sharing stories and catching up on the weeks’ events while trolleys carrying stacks of bamboo steamer baskets are continuously arriving at the table.
