Ever had a craving for a chewy, melty, chocolatey cookie and just couldn’t find anything that satisfied you? Baker Tata Romero can relate. She created small business Cookie Loca to make the cookies you can’t find anywhere else – big, chunky, gooey artisanal New York style cookies.

Made daily for locals to pick up at Wyoming, once you’ve tried a Cookie Loca, you won’t be able to resist coming back for more. You can also find them in multiple cafes around the Central Coast.

Tata is ready to share her love for sweet, rich artisanal treats through her baking with everyone on the Central Coast. 

Cookie menu flavours include:

• Red Velvet with Sweet Cream Cheese Filling
• Top Deck
• Double Choc with Sea Salt Flakes
• Breakfast Cookie

Each delicious cookie is $6. Buy a box of five and you’ll get another one of your choice for free, and the best thing is that you can make up your own box with your own personal mix of favourite flavours.

Don't forget the Giant Cookie! It feeds up to six people for just $20. This jumbo cookie is made with chocolate chunks and topped with sea salt flakes. You can also add your favourite toppings for just $2 each, which includes Biscoff, Kit Kat Gold, Caramel, Kinder or Pecans.
