The Pearl Beach Shack is a spacious home which has been recently renovated. Featuring air-conditioning in the living space, floorboards throughout and a large undercover deck with stadium style seating so you can sit back and watch the kids play bull rush or the dogs run around. The property is fully fenced in and is all on one level.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are all open plan and French doors open out to the deck and lawns with lots of beautiful natural light flowing in.

The Beach Shack is only a short walk to the sands of Pearl Beach, general store, cafe, playground and restaurant or a short 10 minute drive to the town centre of Umina and Ettalong Beach

The Beach Shack offers a 3 bedroom house and single room cottage sleeping 10-12 people. Master bedroom contains a queen, Bedroom 2 contains 2 sets of single bunk beds, while bedroom 3 contains a queen bed. The separate cottage features combined living space with Foxtel, a double bed and a separate bathroom along with a free-standing heater and fan. (2 fold out beds available for children only in the main house)

All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests
