Celebrated Chef Mark Wiseman has moved from establishing some of the most iconic restaurants on the Central Coast to working with his passion, pasta.
Bollito, “meaning boiled” is one of Mark’s newest outlet in life. At Bollito he can share his passion for traditional and forgotten pasta shapes, sauces and more with the local community.
After travelling around Italy in a motorhome, he hopes to recreate each experience and bring it to the people of the Central Coast using nothing but locally sourced ingredients.
