Join makers on the Central Coast for a self-drive scenic sipping trail starting at picturesque Holgate discovering botanical fruit wines at Firescreek, then looping back to the Coast for amplified ales at craft brewery Six Strings, Erina Heights, and ending in the fragrant garden and courtyard of boutique distillery Botanica,and Mr Goaty Gelato, all conveniently located within minutes of each other. 

Reap the rewards of the region's fertile grounds at Firescreek where makers handcraft an innovative and diverse variety of botanical wines made from fruit, flower and other botanicals grown on premises, and offer the visitor an opportunity to sample many flavours and aromas. The multi-award-winning wines are truly unique and complimentary cellar door tastings are available Wednesday - Sunday.

The range of wines is constantly changing as the season's change and so are the stunning gardens at Firescreek Winery set on 2.5 acres of lush grounds featuring rainforest skirting the property on the permanent creek, water Lilly ponds, numerous fruit trees and vines. It has the rustic feel of a Tuscan vineyard, combined with the lushness of temperate rainforest - all rolled into one.

Stroll through the stunning gardens and enjoy new wine flavour sensations which are provided complimentary at the cellar door and group tours can be arranged for a more in-depth experience. Six String Brewing Co has built a strong following producing full flavoured 'amplified ales' and are continually brewing up something new, different and often out of the box of your standard beers. be sure to taste the award winning Tropical Pale Ale and Coasties Lager, then take a guided tour for a chance to get up close and personal to the action, and find out all there is to know about brewing.  The Tap Room has over 12 taps including a hand pump, and the beers are always changing.
