Held every second Sunday of the month this produce share is one of the most popular in Australia. Set in the beautiful grounds at Firescreek Botanical Winery the share starts at 10:00am.
The vision of this produce share is sharing abundance and growing community. To come together regularly to share surplus produce, time, knowledge and skills and promote a strong, resilient, healthy community.
Come along and bring some produce to share. It's FREE to attend. If you don't have anything to bring this month, make a donation to our nominated charity of the month. Produce can include vegies, fruit, herbs, preserves, pickles, eggs, seeds, plants, cuttings, worm juice, horse poo.
The philosophy of the share comes from the permaculture philosophy of giving generously with no expectation of receiving. It is a great way to meet like minded people, share your excess fresh produce, plants and cuttings and take something home that you need or don't already have in your own garden.
Family friendly, sorry dogs not allowed as they get tangled amongst the people and please just dont bring live cultures and they interfere with the on-site wine making.
If you have questions or would like further details send a message via the groups Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/matchamholgateproduceshare or just come along and find out.
